Saving Photos from your iPad

You have several options for saving your photos. Choose the one that works best for you.

Option 1: AirDrop to Your Mac or PC *(easiest, no account needed)*

  1. Open the Photos app on your iPad
  2. Select all photos (tap Select > Select All)
  3. Tap the Share icon and choose AirDrop
  4. Select your computer and accept the transfer

Option 2: USB Cable to Your Computer *(no account needed)*

  1. Connect your iPad to your computer with a USB cable
  2. On Mac – Open Image Capture, select your iPad, and save photos to a folder
  3. On Windows – Open File Explorer, find your iPad under "This PC," and drag photos to a folder

Option 3: Google Drive *(requires Google account with enough storage)*

  1. Open the Photos app on your iPad
  2. Select the photos you want to save
  3. Tap Share and choose Save to Drive

Option 4: Amazon Photos *(free unlimited storage for Prime members)*

  1. Download the Amazon Photos app from the Mosyle School app.
  2. Sign in with your Amazon account
  3. Allow it to back up your photo library

Option 5: Personal iCloud *(requires personal Apple ID)*

  1. Go to Settings and sign in with your personal Apple ID
  2. Enable iCloud Photos
  3. Wait for the sync to complete before May 22
