Logitech Rugged Combo 3 Case/Keyboard is not recognized by iPad

If the usual steps do not work to get a Logitech keyboard to be recognized by an iPad, install the Logitech Control app (available in Mosyle School app). This will allow you to install the latest firmware (if applicable). Note from Logitech support:

  • Download the App and launch it. If you see an option that says "Firmware Update Available" - give that a press.
  • Please note that you will need to keep the keyboard connected the whole time and refrain from using the iPad keyboard or exit the app (otherwise the firmware update may fail!)
  • If you have an update available, please test the backlight afterwards, if you do not, please let us know.
