My Notability Notes are gone!

Notability and iCloud Drive issue. Students are reporting they are unable to access notes in Notability.

Here's the fix:

  1. Go to Settings > General > Software Update - upgrade to iPadOS 17.1
  2. After it updates (which may take 20-30 minutes), go to Settings > Tap on your Name(top left) > Tap on iCloud > under "Apps using iCloud" be sure iCloud Drive is toggled ON (and any others you want to sync).
  3. Open the Notability app - if the notes don't start appearing, go to the gear wheel and be sure iCloud is toggled ON.
