Textbook Problems in the Realize Reader App

Several students have reported problems accessing textbooks with the Realize Reader app. Before creating a ticket, try this:

1) Delete the Realize Reader app.
2) Restart the iPad  (turn off the iPad and back on)
3) Run VCS Connect to ensure you are not blocked
4) Open Manager and reinstall Realize Reader
5) Sign in to Realize Reader - be sure to use the special username like username@myvcs.org

If that does not fix the issue, please create a ticket and let us know about it.
